1. Membership shall be open to males and females indigenes of Ukpata living abroad considered fit and eligible by the club
2. The prospective member shall have to complete an application form obtainable from the club at a non- refundable sum of 200,000 naira only
3. Prospective members shall be sponsored by two members of the Club
4. The candidate shall be screened by the management committee and be accepted by at least 2/3 majority of the Club
5. Members are mandated to pay a monthly due of the sum of 10,000 naira only
6. A new member shall be on probation for 6 months
7. There shall be a renewable 5 years term of office for the office holders, which can be contested by every member
8. The club’s secrets must be adhered to, and there will be a 200,000 naira fine to the violator
9. The general meeting is being held every 2nd Saturday of the month at 5pm prompt Nigerian time. Absent and late coming attracts a fine of 5,000 and 3,000 naira, respectively
10. Misunderstanding between members must be reported and judged at the club
